Introductory Assessment $120
45-60 minute interview/assessment to understand the client’s unique strengths and challenges, including their history, triggers and behavior patterns related to the specific fear, while also taking into account personal values and goals
Available in person or telehealth
Program Extension/Ongoing Services
Additional services are available following completion of the Starter Package for continued support, skill-building, and caregiver guidance as needed
Packages of 3 or more sessions: $100 per session
Single session: $120
* Families are encouraged to call their insurance and inquire about reimbursement for out-of network providers
Creating Courage Starter Package $599
(Typically completed in 3-6 weeks)
6 direct sessions (including 2–3 initial rapport-building sessions)
Coordination of care with other professionals (as needed)
Individualized program development, including:
Exposure hierarchy and fear scale
Personalized Materials (e.g., visuals to support coping skills, social stories and/or video modeling for priming, token charts for reinforcement)
